Tom Williams Collision Center - The Repair Process

I'm writing a note of thanks to all my friends at Tom Williams Collision Center. Having a wreck is never any fun. But, every time we have to make that fateful drive to TW Collision Center we are met with smiling faces and friendly service. Each member of the team makes our family feel welcome and special. The quality of our repairs and the service they provide have always been exceptional. My husband is somewhat of a 'car freak' and he is always confidant that the repairs to our vehicles will be performed with skill and with the greatest possible attention to detail. Thanks again!

I've brought my CRV to the collision center twice in the last eight months. Both times I've experienced professional and courteous customer service. In this day and age of terrible customer service that means a lot! The body work and paint work have been excellent as well.
I will always use Tom Williams Collision Center.

I've owned my Lexus SUV for quite sometime and love it. My positive experiences with the vehicle include service at the Tom Williams Lexus dealership. My daughter decided to also purchase a Lexus and certainly my vehicle influenced her in that decision.
